Allan is a senior executive and consultant with over 30 years of experience focused on Indigenous relations, economic development, and public policy. He has held multiple Director General roles within the Government of Canada and was most recently the Vice President of Indigenous Relations for the High Frequency Rail project.
Of Anishinaabe heritage, Allan is a dedicated community volunteer, serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations including the John Howard Society of Ottawa and The Ottawa Mission. He is deeply engaged in matters of reconciliation, governance, and community support for housing and homelessness.
He recently completed a self-guided study tour of the United Kingdoms transportation and rail infrastructure.
