She leads the firms IT and Financial staffing business and its healthcare-focused division, Wellspring Nurse Source. Amy holds a BA from Syracuse University and is an alumna of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program.
Her motivation for starting the company was to achieve a better work-life balance. The business grew into a family affair, as both her husband and her co-founders husband left their corporate jobs to help manage and expand the firm, which has weathered two recessions.
Unique fact: The idea for their successful nurse staffing division came from a conversation with a registered nurse friend.
