Ananya R is an HR Business Partner at Eximietas Design with a strong foundation as a Counselling Psychologist. She holds an M. Sc. from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research and has prior experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences.

Outside of her professional capacity, Ananya has a deep connection to Bengaluru, expressing a heartfelt nostalgia for the citys past charm compared to its current state. She is passionate about fostering positive outlooks and helping individuals recognize their inner strengths, viewing collaboration as a key to success.
