He has extensive experience in transforming operations through advanced analytics from his time at Nielsen and holds a degree in History from Towson University, along with certifications in strategic communication and decision-making.
Outside of his data-focused career, Andy is deeply passionate about grassroots democracy, advocacy, and social enterprise. He has coached competitive debate and previously served as COO for a youth entrepreneurial organization. In his spare time, he has a creative side, writing songs for personal projects.
