Angus Street is the Chief Executive Officer of The New Zealand Merino Company, bringing extensive experience in agribusiness and technology. As the former CEO of AuctionsPlus, he led significant growth for Australias largest digital agriculture marketplace. He is a fifth-generation farmer turned ag-tech innovator with an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Originally from rural New South Wales, Angus is passionate about connecting with nature and has said his dream job would be a farmer. He enjoys storytelling, a skill from his early career as a journalist, and believes in the power of genuine conversations. He is married with two young children.
His familys roots trace back to the birth of the Australian wool industry in 1797 with the introduction of Spanish-blood merinos.
