Observer · DISC type ic
CEO at Nc'nean Distillery
📍 London Area, United Kingdom

Annabel Thomas is the CEO and founder of Ncnean Distillery, Scotlands only fully organic whisky distillery. A former strategy consultant at Bain & Company, she was inspired by her time at innocent drinks to create a purpose-led brand, launching Ncnean in 2013 on her familys farm.

Originally a self-professed "London girl, " Annabel is a lover of wild places and enjoys spending time in the mountains with her young family. She built the distillery on her parents farm on the remote west coast of Scotland, driven by a desire to create a modern, sustainable spirit.

Interestingly, Annabel founded one of Scotlands most innovative whisky brands without initially even liking whisky herself.
