Anne Zachmeyer recently retired after a distinguished 37-year career at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she held numerous roles, including Academic Advisor. She is an RIT alumna with an MS degree and also holds a BA from DYouville University. Colleagues and students have described her as professional, flexible, and efficient.
Anne has a deep connection to the Rochester area, with fond memories of the formerly bustling downtown. She met her husband shortly after beginning her career at RIT. In her professional capacity, she enjoyed working with students from all over the world, including in Croatia and the Dominican Republic.
As an adjunct faculty member, she taught RITs popular "Beers of the World" course.
