Ariel Esteves is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur, serving as VP of Clinical Operations at CareSource. An Emory-trained Nurse Practitioner, she founded WestsideMed, an urgent and primary care clinic, to address a healthcare gap in her own community. She also co-owns multiple Flying Biscuit Cafe franchises.
Driven by a desire to serve her community, Ariels work is deeply rooted in improving local access to quality care. This passion was the primary motivator for starting her own neighborhood clinic. She is married with two children and is an active participant in public health discussions and community support initiatives.
In 2022, Ariel was recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40” for her significant contributions to the city.
