Arsen Janikyan is the Founder and CEO of Ops Engine, a 3PL fulfillment center he launched after more than 20 years in operations. He previously served as VP of Operations at Buck Mason, scaling their warehouse from 500 to 55, 000 sq. ft. He holds a Masters from UNC Chapel Hill.
Growing up in a family of shoemakers, Arsen has been involved in operations his entire life. In his youth, he made purses and wallets from scrap leather. A self-described problem solver, he thrives on being hands-on and tackling challenges, a trait that has defined his entrepreneurial journey.
