Aubree Martin is the Vice President of People, Culture and Transformation at Paradigm, where she leads all HR functions. With extensive experience in the engineering and technology industries, she serves as a strategic business partner, adept at managing human capital both domestically and internationally. She holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Outside of work, Aubree is a devoted mother and values the flexibility that allows her to balance her career with family life, such as working while attending her childrens swim meets. She thrives in a supportive team environment and finds joy in creative tasks, whether shes at home or in the office.
