Autumn Gannon

Autumn is an accomplished compliance executive, currently serving as the Director of Global Compliance at Ecolab. Her career is built on a foundation of leadership in challenging corporate environments, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Iowa State University, where she was recognized as a Bright Scholar.

Outside of her professional life, Autumn is deeply involved in her daughters activities, volunteering at alpine ski races during the winter months. She also enjoys painting, spending time outdoors, and contributes to community organizations.

She believes that a strong compliance program is fundamental to setting the ethical culture of a company.
