He manages oil and gas assets and joint ventures with international partners. He also serves as a Board Member for the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAIP), setting investment policy for its multi-billion dollar fund.
He is a frequent representative for Libyas sovereign fund at major international forums, including the Africa Energy Forum in Kenya and the COP27 conference in Egypt. He is passionate about mobilizing investment in Africa and the continents transition to renewable energy sources.
He has earned two masters degrees: a Master of Professional Communication from Clark University and an MBA from Społeczna Akademia Nauk.
