Beverly Kirchner

She has developed more than 60 surgery centers and co-founded SurgeryDirec, establishing Colorados first multi-licensed ASC. She currently serves as its Chief Compliance Officer and is also a nursing educator.
Outside of her extensive healthcare career, Beverly enjoys unwinding through recreational reading, particularly novels and articles about nature. She and her husband actively maintain flower gardens at their home as a way to find a healthy work-life balance, something she advocates for among younger nurses.
She has traveled globally to share best practices and once advised the Chinese government on delivering healthcare to rural citizens using mobile surgical units.
