Caitlin Moffitt

Caitlin Moffitt is a Senior Director of Operations at Altria, where she is responsible for implementing operational excellence standards across manufacturing sites. She has held numerous leadership roles in engineering, planning, and commercialization. She holds an MBA from the University of Richmond and an MS in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Outside of her professional role, Caitlin is passionate about people development, actively engaging in mentorships and peer networking to foster growth. Her personal interests include hiking with her dog, enjoying local shows, and traveling with friends and family, reflecting a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
