Cara Fuller

Cara Fuller is a retired energy professional who dedicated 39 years to WEC Energy Group, concluding her career as Director of Customer Operations Support. Her extensive experience covers customer service strategy, operational management, and energy policy. She holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.

Deeply involved in her community, Cara has served on the boards of several organizations, including Dominican High School, where she acted as Board Chair. Her community service also includes roles with the National Association of Women in Construction and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.

Beyond her corporate career, she has demonstrated a significant, long-term commitment to advancing local education by chairing a high schools board of directors.
