With over 20 years in the industry, including CEO and Marketing Director roles at Asmodee, her expertise is in business growth, marketing, and leadership. As a self-described "game nerd, " Carols passion for play is lifelong, having grown up playing board games with her family. She and her husband own a personal collection of around 3, 000 games. She also shows a keen interest in other forms of analog culture, such as book fairs and comics.
Under her leadership, SPIEL Essen occupied the entire Essen exhibition grounds for the first time in its 40-year history.
