Carolyn Jackon

Carolyn Jackson is the Director of Recruitment Services at Florida International University, where she has built her career since 2007. She leads undergraduate recruitment with expertise in strategic planning and data-driven enrollment management. She earned her Masters in Higher Education Administration from FIU.

Carolyn is deeply passionate about creating access to higher education for a diverse student body. She champions a holistic review process to help students find their unique path to success, with a particular focus on supporting first-generation college students.

She has dedicated her entire professional career, spanning over 15 years, to advancing recruitment and admissions at Florida International University.
