She previously spent over eight years at Flatiron Health, where she impressively rose from being one of the first engineers to Chief Technology Officer, leading a 400-person organization focused on oncology data.

Catherine is deeply passionate about using technology as a force for good, with a career dedicated to improving lives through innovation in healthcare, from cancer treatment to mental wellness. She is a strong advocate for creating a balanced, sustainable, and people-first culture within the demanding technology industry.
