Celeste Cramer, MSOM, FACMPE, SHRM-SCP

Celeste Cramer is an accomplished HR executive, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Citadel Completions. With extensive experience in healthcare and aerospace, she specializes in talent acquisition, retention, and strategic HR leadership. Her work has contributed to past organizations earning Forbes "Best Employer" recognition. She holds an MS in Operations Management and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Outside of her professional roles, Celeste is deeply committed to community service. She received a gubernatorial appointment to the State of Missouri Workforce Development Board, where she served on the Executive Committee. She has also held leadership positions as Chair of the HOPE Foundation and Vice Chair of the GO CAPS Board of Directors.
