His comprehensive career in baseball includes roles as a college head coach, an award-winning independent league manager, and an associate scout. He holds a Master of Education from Jacksonville State University and a bachelors from Berry College.
A former college baseball player himself, Chads passion for the sport is evident throughout his career. He is a supporter of Atlantas professional sports scene, with stated interests in both the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons. His entire professional life has been dedicated to the game, from playing to developing the next generation.
He was named the Frontier Leagues Manager of the Year in 2009 after leading his team, the River City Rascals, to the league finals.
