A three-time UC graduate, she progressed from faculty to various leadership roles, including Associate Dean and Interim Dean. Outside of her academic leadership, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, traveling, attending concerts, and "glamping. " Her home is a lively environment with four boys and numerous pets, including dogs, chickens, and a hermit crab, reflecting a full and active personal life.
Unique fact: Charity is a first-generation college student who is now Dean at the same university where she earned her bachelors and doctorate degrees.
