Deeply committed to his community, Chase founded two philanthropic programs: "Shafer Serves, " which donates services to those in need, and "Shafer Cool Kids, " which supports youth organizations. He is married with two young sons and is driven by a mission to improve the lives of his customers, employees, and community.
After a serious car accident, he left the banking world to pursue a career where he could directly make a positive impact on peoples lives.
