Chi Fang Huang is a graduate student in Performance, Sport, and Exercise Psychology at the University of Illinois Chicago. A former national champion soccer athlete, he combines his athletic background with a business administration degree to develop strategies that merge mental performance with athlete development, drawing on his education from UIC and National Taiwan Normal University.
Outside of his studies, Chi has extensive experience as a professional youth soccer coach for multiple clubs and schools, training children from ages 3 to 12. He is a passionate advocate for athlete well-being, volunteering on the psychology support team for the Chicago Marathon and has received certifications in Psychological First Aid.
Unique fact: He was chosen through a competitive, school-wide audition to be the male lead in his universitys official graduation song music video.
