Chris Boeckerman is the Vice President of Research & Development for Fabric & Home Care at Procter & Gamble. With a 30-year career at P&G, she is a recognized "change agent" who co-founded the companys internal Lean Innovation movement, GrowthWorks. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of work, Chris is deeply involved in her Cincinnati community. She is an active leader in programs promoting girls in STEM, serves on the advisory board for the Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative, and is a board member for Rising Leaders Inc. , which empowers young professionals.
She co-founded and pioneered the Lean Innovation movement (GrowthWorks) within Procter & Gamble to operate like a startup.
