Christopher Xanthakis

Christopher Xanthakis is a Partner at Bain & Company in Los Angeles with over a decade of consulting experience. A graduate of UCLA and Northwesterns Kellogg School of Management, he is a key member of Bains Performance Improvement and Media & Entertainment practices, advising clients across tech, healthcare, and private equity.

He is an active member of his community, contributing to Bains local engagement initiatives in Los Angeles. During his time at UCLA, he was part of the Honors Collegium, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to academic excellence and focused intellectual pursuit.

As part of the Los Angeles office leadership team, he helps guide the firms impact and community efforts in Southern California.
