Ciaran Murphy serves as the Director of Recruitment & Training at Wolfgang Digital, an award-winning digital marketing agency. He is a key figure in shaping the companys acclaimed culture and talent strategy, drawing on his MA in International Communications from Dublin City University to attract and develop top professionals.

Beyond his corporate role, Ciaran has an interest in large-scale live events, having previously worked as part of the site crew for the major Irish music festival, Electric Picnic. He is also a public advocate for building a positive and high-performing workplace.
