Cierra Johnson-Belser is a workforce development expert and the Alabama Regional Manager for NextOp Veterans. She is also the founder of Enspire Executive Solutions and The Human Algorithm™, a leadership framework. People often describe her as a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring leader focused on creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces. She holds a BBA from Virginia College.
Outside of her professional roles, Cierra is a mother who finds purpose in connecting with people and hearing their stories. Her mornings often start with packing her sons lunch and attending a Barre class. She has previously been involved with the Miss Alabama pageant for nearly two decades as a contestant and volunteer.
She was the first African American Miss Sylacauga, a breakthrough that inspired her to champion inclusion in every space she occupies.
