Claire Mack OBE is the Chief Executive of Scottish Renewables, where she has led the organization since 2017 through a period of significant growth for the industry. A PRINCE2 qualified professional with a Master of Science from the University of Strathclyde, she has deep expertise in policy and regulation from prior roles at SCDI and Ofcom.
Described by peers as a "highly skilled networker" and an "absolute professional, " Claire is passionate about enabling Scotlands transition to renewable energy. Outside of her primary role, she has a strong interest in technology adoption and supporting female leaders, and she was featured in Scottish Field Magazine’s list of countryside movers and shakers.
In June 2025, Claire was awarded an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Kings Birthday Honours for her services to the economy and business.
