Clayton Hume

Clayton Hume is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rustek Collective, a brand focused on nature-inspired accessories. His background includes roles in brand management, production, and sourcing at Lumi, providing a strong foundation for launching his own venture. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Occidental College.

Deeply passionate about the outdoors, Clayton is an avid skier, hiker, climber, and traveler. His companys mission to inspire people to explore the natural world is a direct reflection of his personal lifestyle and commitment to using sustainable materials in his products.

Clayton co-founded Rustek by handcrafting wood sunglasses in a Colorado garage with his business partner after college.
