Clint Carlin

Clint Carlin is a Houston-based M&A Partner at Deloitte with over 20 years of experience, focusing on the energy, resources, and industrials sectors. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned his BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance from Texas A&M University and advises both corporate and private equity clients.

Deeply connected to his alma mater, Clint serves on the Texas A&M Mays Business Schools Accounting Department Advisory Board. He is actively involved in recruiting on campus, demonstrating his commitment to mentoring the next generation of business leaders and giving back to the university community.

He leads the entire U. S. M&A Transaction Services practice for Deloittes Houston office, placing him at the center of major deals in the energy industry.
