Colleen DeVoti Alper is an Assistant Vice President at State Street, leading Supplier Impact & Development. With an MBA from William Paterson University, her career spans strategic sourcing and finance, highlighted by her work supporting small businesses. Her background uniquely includes experience as a middle school teacher in New Jerseys public schools.

She is passionate about empowering women in business and making a tangible difference in the community. This commitment was recognized when she accepted the "Small Business Champion" award on behalf of her previous employer, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, at an event celebrating successful and impactful women.

Previously, she was honored as a "Small Business Champion" by the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
