Collette Sappey is a highly accomplished swim coach, stroke technician, and strength and conditioning specialist with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Colorado State University. Her coaching experience spans high school, university, and private athletic clubs, where she applies her deep knowledge of biomechanics and athletic performance to develop swimmers.
As a dedicated athlete herself, Collette is a world-ranked Masters swimmer who actively competes at a national level. She has recently set multiple U. S. Masters Swimming records, reflecting her personal commitment to the sport and excellence in performance. Her life revolves around the swimming community, both in and out of the pool.
