Conrad Carlson

Conrad Carlson is a GTM Recruiter at Constructor, leveraging his experience from agency recruiting, where he rose to Talent VP at TheLions. He earned his Bachelors degree from UC Santa Barbara and is skilled in sourcing talent from entry-level to VP roles, developing partnerships, and training new team members.

Outside of recruiting, Conrad is a passionate world traveler, having visited over 30 countries across four continents. He often spends his time outdoors, enjoying activities like surfing, biking, and hiking. He also has a keen interest in French dance music, listening to artists like LImpératrice and Daft Punk.

He once took a three-year break from his recruiting career to lead international bicycle tours around the world.
