Dacia Rohlehr

Dacia Rohlehr is a seasoned executive who transitioned from a 20-year career in corporate finance and management consulting with firms like Deloitte and IBM to entrepreneurship. She is now the Founder and CEO of Paws en Route, a technology-driven pet transportation company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Finance from Rotman (UofT).

Born in Guyana and raised in Canada, Dacia is a passionate animal lover and long-time pet parent. Her entrepreneurial venture was directly inspired by a personal experience involving her own sick dog, which highlighted a critical need for safe and reliable pet transport services, a problem she was driven to solve.

After a long, successful career in corporate finance, she founded a company often described as an "Uber for pets".
