Dan O'Shea

Dan is a seasoned business development executive with over 15 years of experience leading transportation electrification initiatives. He has held senior roles at ABB E-mobility and ChargePoint, driving growth and shaping strategy for EV charging infrastructure. He holds a certificate in Sustainable Business, which prompted his career change from a 25-year tenure in the radio industry.

Fueled by a passion for sustainability, Dan has been an EV driver since 2010 and is focused on decarbonization. He co-hosts the “EV Reality Check” podcast to educate consumers on real-world EV topics and is a certified Wilderness EMT, suggesting a love for the outdoors. He is also patiently awaiting an all-electric camper van.

Before his EV career, he took over a year off-grid to travel, visiting five continents before the era of cell phones and email.
