Dan Stutterheim is the CEO of Kasa Companies, a family-owned business founded by his father. With over 25 years at the company, he has held various roles, including President, before taking the lead. He prioritizes a family-driven culture, strategic growth, and integrating new technologies like AI to enhance their industrial automation solutions.

Dan is an active member of his community, serving on the finance committee for the Greater Salina Community Foundation and as a board member for The Stiefel Theatre. Before his extensive career in manufacturing, he was a teacher and coach in public secondary schools, demonstrating a foundational interest in development and communication.

He is a certified Trainer of the Process Communication Model, an interesting qualification that blends psychology with communication strategy.
