Originally from Ireland, Daragh has resided in Idaho for over 14 years and is an avid long-distance runner. He is married with three daughters. He is also actively involved in the dairy industry, serving on boards for the American Dairy Products Institute and the Idaho Milk Processors Association.
He has unique international business experience, having worked for Coca-Cola in Russia helping to start a manufacturing facility in Central Siberia.
