Darlene K. Kuipers

Darlene Kuipers is the Chief Strategy Officer at LVZ, where she guides strategic initiatives and organizational design. She combines a background in Fine Arts and a certificate in Innovation Management to bring a creative, people-centered approach to the financial industry. Colleagues describe her as strategic, creative, thoughtful, and possessing an exceptional work ethic.

Outside of her professional role, Darlene enjoys paddleboarding, gardening, and exploring Northern Michigan with her family. She is actively involved in community and faith-based groups, serving in leadership roles with local young professionals organizations and participating in a womens collective that fosters accountability and personal growth.

She co-founded the Michigan Forestry Company, a venture focused on empowering local economic development and creating community-centric ecological programs.
