Daryl’s mission is deeply personal, stemming from his own early career struggles as a teacher. He is passionate about empowering educators to avoid burnout and helping students develop not just academic skills, but also character and a strong mindset. His stated goal is to help one million students live lives they choose.
He developed the "99% Human, 1% Amazing" philosophy, believing the 1% that makes a person unique is their superpower for making an impact.
