Dave Wertheim

Dave Wertheim serves as the Vice President and General Counsel for Ferrari North America, where he is the sole in-house lawyer managing all legal affairs for the company across the Americas. His career in the automotive industry began at Volvo after he earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

An active and recognized alumnus of Montclair State University, where he earned a bachelors degree in History, Dave has served on the Alumni Association board and is a trustee for the universitys foundation. While at Montclair, he also served as a sportswriter for the student newspaper.

He is the sole legal counsel for Ferraris operations in the United States, Canada, Central, and South America.
