Outside of his professional life, David enjoys writing, skateboarding, basketball, and cycling. He has started a Substack newsletter, "Open Curtain, " to share personal learnings and reflections. He is also passionate about building communities, a theme that connects his professional and personal interests, and enjoys hosting brunches.
At the age of 26, David sold his company after having been diagnosed with stage four lymphoma in 2024, continuing to work through six months of chemotherapy.
