Denise Wilson OBE is a passionate advocate for womens leadership, currently serving as Chair of Girlguiding. She previously led the government-sponsored FTSE Women Leaders Review for over a decade, significantly increasing female representation on corporate boards. A University of Hull alumna and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, she has held numerous board and senior executive roles in the energy and insurance sectors.
