Denise is deeply committed to empowering girls and young women and supporting working families, serving as a Patron for Working Families. A former Brownie and Guide herself, she dedicates her time to charitable causes, including roles as a trustee for major grant-giving charities. Her posts reflect a passion for community, healthy relationships, and celebrating the achievements of women and girls.
For over a decade, she was the Chief Executive of the business-led campaign to increase the number of women on FTSE 350 boards.
