Diana Salazar

Diana Salazar is the co-founder and owner of Sunshine State Counseling Center, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, she is certified in EMDR and Play Therapy, specializing in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Originally from Colombia, where she earned her psychology degree, Diana is bilingual, offering therapy in both English and Spanish. Her international background includes providing psychoeducational programs in schools and working with soldiers in the Colombian National Army, demonstrating a deep-seated commitment to mental health across diverse populations.
