Diego Valenzuela

Diego Valenzuela is a Director and General Counsel at XAPO Holdings, with extensive experience in corporate law, venture capital, and M&A. He also owns the investment firm GOA Projects & Investments. He earned his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Law School.

Outside of his legal and investment work, Diego demonstrates a passion for the creative arts as the owner of GOA Films. He has also shown interest in fostering business environments built on trust and innovation, actively sharing content on building a positive corporate culture.

He uniquely combines a career in high-stakes fintech law with a personal entrepreneurial venture in film production.
