Dominic Girotti

Dominic Girotti is the President of Hy-Grade Precast Concrete, a family business he took over in the early 1990s. With a background in electrical engineering and a degree from Queens University, he focuses on conservative growth, product line expansion, and adapting efficient European production methods. He champions a positive and vibrant work environment for his dedicated staff.

He is passionate about innovation in the precast industry, zealously following European publications and developments to stay ahead of the curve. Dominic is active in the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), where he has chaired multiple committees, and he often brings staff to industry events to share the learning experience.

Before rejoining his familys business, he worked as a double-degreed electrical engineer and pilot for major companies like IBM and Johnson Controls across Canada.
