Dominika Kraśko

Dominika is a business advisor and investor with extensive experience in restructuring and market strategy. After 20 years on the boards of international corporations like Aviva and Goodyear, she founded and ran Polands largest equestrian sports center for 15 years. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaws Faculty of Management.

Her defining passion is equestrianism, a childhood love that she transformed into a major entrepreneurial success. She is an active and accomplished Grand Prix dressage competitor. This deep-seated interest prompted a 180-degree career change, moving from international corporate offices in Brussels and London to the world of professional horse training.

She famously traded her corporate high heels for riding boots, leaving a successful career in management to build her own business from the ground up.
