Dorthe Borup Sindberg

Dorthe Borup Sindberg is the Sr. Director of Global Marketing Communication at Danfoss Drives, where she leverages her commercial and digital mindset. She has a Masters degree from Aarhus University and is described by colleagues as energetic, intelligent, and highly-respected. Her experience spans over two decades, focusing on creating effective, customer-centric campaigns.

Outside of her professional role, Dorthe is a reflective individual passionate about family and equality, values she explores and reinforces through raising her daughters. She believes deeply in creating collaborative, inclusive environments where people feel respected and valued, much like a family. She also participates in company-sponsored walk/run events.
