Dr. Grzegorz Grondys is an Assistant Professor at the Varsovia School of Business and Applied Sciences specializing in security sciences. He uniquely combines his academic work with a practical role as the Commander of the City Guard in Szczecinek. He holds a doctorate in social sciences from the National Defense University.
