Dr. Lynn Cooper

Dr. Lynn Cooper serves as the Executive Director of The Learning Center of Northeast Arkansas, Inc. , leveraging extensive experience in education and leadership. Her background includes roles as a Special Education Director and an Adjunct Professor at Arkansas State University, where she also earned her Doctor of Education degree.

Dr. Cooper is dedicated to positively impacting organizational success through her specialized knowledge. She is actively involved in community initiatives, recently promoting the "Keys to Independence" fundraising event to support local educational services and special needs programs in Northeast Arkansas.

She holds a specialist certification in Dyslexia from the University of Central Arkansas, showcasing a focused expertise in addressing specific learning disabilities.
