Edward is the founder of Dips And Sticks Ltd. (DANDS), a London-based food company specializing in Lebanese-inspired snacks. He leverages a multi-generational family legacy in the food industry, represented by his role with Wooden Bakery, to inform his entrepreneurial journey. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Westminster.
Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Edward moved to London in 2015 with the goal of expanding his familys business reach and launching his own venture. He identifies as a solution-oriented team leader focused on maximizing his teams potential through effective communication and problem-solving.
His company, Dips and Sticks, which he founded with his sister, won six Great Taste Awards with a total of eight stars in 2024.
